  Krabi Krabong emphasizes fighting and training with the traditional weapons of warriors that have protected the royal family and the homes-lands for hundreds of years. Combative fighting, along with traditional forms, similar to Kata or traditional prayer dance called "Wai Kru" ( Ram Muay - Muay Thai ) .

  Taught by Khru Michael DeLio, certified 8th degree Gold Sash instructor in Krabi Krabong / Muay Thai from the Buddhai Swan Swordsman Institute and Temple in Nongkam, Thailand. Taught and mentored by Ajarn "Pakru" Samai Mesamarn. Khru Michael has had the rare honor of being a member of the Buddhai Sawan Demonstration Team for her Majesty Queen Sirikit of Thailand and instructor at Tak Thai Army Base, 1994 under Lt. Col. ChaChai, and Satahip Naval Seal / Special Ops team 2004.
